How fast do you reply?
Phone calls are answered live Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm Central. Messages and emails are answered within one business day — usually within a couple of hours.
Can I see equipment in person?
Ask us — most machines ship direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse rather than sitting on a showroom floor, so tell us the model and we will tell you what is possible.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states. Heavy items ship by freight and the surcharge is shown on each product page; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted individually. See the Shipping page for details.
