From the manufacturer

This 2 bedroom prefabricated aluminium container house gives you a fully self-contained dwelling that assembles on-site without a traditional build. The aluminium shell resists corrosion, handles Australian weather conditions, and needs far less maintenance than a timber frame structure. Furthermore, the space capsule design keeps the footprint compact while fitting two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom within the one unit. In addition, the house relocates when your circumstances change — no demolition, no write-off. 2 Bedroom Prefabricated Aluminium Container House — What’s Included Layout & Rooms Space Detail Bedrooms 2 — separate rooms Living Area Open plan — included Kitchen Fully equipped — included Bathroom Modern fit-out — included Construction & Materials Feature Detail Frame & Shell Durable aluminium — corrosion and weather resistant Insulation Advanced insulation materials — walls and ceiling Windows Energy-efficient glazing — thermal performance Interior Finishes Customisable — contact us to discuss options Assembly Prefabricated — rapid on-site installation Mobility Relocatable — designed for transport Where a 2 Bedroom Prefabricated Aluminium Container House Works A 2 bedroom prefabricated aluminium container house suits a wide range of applications where a conventional build is impractical, too slow, or too expensive. About two-post lifts

A two-post lift carries the vehicle on four arms under the frame or pinch welds, leaving all four wheels hanging free. It is the fastest lift to work under and the one most general repair bays are built around.

What to check before you order

• Ceiling height — a clear-floor lift needs room for the overhead beam, a baseplate lift does not
• Concrete thickness and cure: four inches of 3,000 psi concrete is the usual minimum
• Symmetric or asymmetric columns — asymmetric rotates the car back so the doors clear the posts
• Arm reach at full drop, if you intend to lift both a low sports car and a long-wheelbase truck

Key specifications

• Model / part number: ECS233
