When a site cannot accommodate a full 40ft container but a 20ft box is not enough, this cut-down store gives you extra capacity in a footprint that still fits. What to check before you order

• Ceiling height — a clear-floor lift needs room for the overhead beam, a baseplate lift does not
• Concrete thickness and cure: four inches of 3,000 psi concrete is the usual minimum
• Symmetric or asymmetric columns — asymmetric rotates the car back so the doors clear the posts
