This unit combines a flight of stairs, a landing, and full handrails so workers can move between levels confidently in all weather. Because it bolts to the pre-installed sill fixings, installation is straightforward and repeatable across a compound of stacked units. Configured to Your Door The treads can run in either direction, and the direction of travel is normally dictated by the hinge position of the door above. With a left-hand hinge, the treads descend to the right as you look at the door; with a right-hand hinge, they descend to the left. Confirming your hinge orientation before ordering ensures the staircase lands where you need it.
